Stop work Meeting for teachers:
All teachers from our school will be attending a stop – work meeting next week Monday 12th September at 1:30pm. We will be encouraging our students to go home at 1:00 pm that day. However we will be open to students that need to stay until school finishes at 2:45 pm for parents that cannot collect their children at this time. They will be supervised only as there will be no formal classroom instruction in the afternoon. We hope this minimizes any disruption to parents however it is important that our teachers have an opportunity to discuss the issue of Global Funding and the impact it is going to have on the education system.
